1. Who owns the creative work?

• The copyright for all deliverables included in your purchase, such as app screenshots, videos, and icons, belongs to you.

1. What is CTR?

• How many people see your app on the App Store and actually download your app.

2. Does CTR increase sales?

• Yes, sales follow CTR. The more users, the more purchases. And, more importantly, it will bring even more sales in the long run since CTR is a key factor in climbing App Store results positions.

3. Do I receive the original Figma/Sketch file?

• I send the original Figma (.fig) file under request.

4. Why not do this myself?

• I crafted over 1k professional App Store screenshots to drive target user attention and A/B tested over 10k variants: more conversions → more downloads → more revenue. I get to know your app, business model, and competitors to design the screenshots. I avoid common mistakes that may get your app rejected by App Store reviewers.

5. What do I need to give you to get started?

• After purchase, you will see a message requesting this app information:

  - App name or link.

  - List of features or short app description.

  - Describe your app audience and target audience.

  - Access to app design, this can be a Figma link or screen captures of the app. If your app is live send me the link. If you have TestFlight you can send me the invite link.

  - (Optional) If you know, describe your paying audience.

  - (Optional) App icon in PNG or JPG.

  - (Optional) Current conversion rate.

  - (Optional) If you app has premium features I would need access to them.

  - (Optional) If you know, % of your users that have dark vs light mode on their phone.

6. What happens if I don't need, for example, iPad screenshots but they are included in the screenshots package?

• No problem. Send me a message on X or via email and tell me which resolutions you need.

7. Why is the minimum number of screenshots I can buy three?

• Three screenshots is the minimun required by App Store.

8. Do you translate the screenshots in other languages?

• I can adapt the screenshots and export them in other languages upon request for an extra fee. You need to send me the exact text translations.

9. Can I split the screenshots from one package to more apps?

• Each package purchase includes the research for one app only. This means that if you need screenshots for multiple apps, you will need to purchase multiple packages. Screenshots from one package cannot be split or used for different apps.

10. What's the difference between the package "App Store Screenshots" and the package "App Store + Google Play Store Screenshots"?

• "App Store Screenshots" package includes:

  - Screenshots for iPhone 6.7”, 6.5" & 5.5”.

  - Screenshots for iPad 12.9” 6th Gen & iPad 12.9” 2nd Gen.

1. Why do I need and App Store video preview for my app?

• Boosts ASO, helps your app rank higher, and drives user attention when browsing the App Store. A customer got a 4.35% increase in CTR by just adding a video (it was a +60k rating app; the bigger the app, the harder to move the needle).

2. Do you translate the video in other languages?

• I can adapt the texts inside the video and export it in other languages upon request for an extra fee. You need to send me the exact text translations.

1. What is included in "Icons for A/B Testing"?

• I create 3 different icons focused on conversions that you can A/B test for your app. It helps with ASO.

2. Do I need a new icon for my app?

• The answer is mostly yes. Even if you have a good-looking icon, it's worth trying. One customer got a +70% CTR increase by just doing one icon A/B test. Remember, the icon is the first thing the user sees and remembers.

1. Do you also make Marketing Visuals for User Acquisition (UA) and for social media?

• Yes, under request.

2. Do you issue invoices?

• Yes, upon request. Reach out to me before making any purchase to request an invoice.

3. Do you also write App Store descriptions and keywords?

• Not right now.

4. What's the expected delivery time after placing the order?

• It depends, usually I have between three weeks and one month of workload. I prefer to deliver quality, and you too.

5. Do you have a portfolio?
